With its new “Innovation Dialogue” event format, tracetronic brought together customers, partners, and experts at its Munich location for the first time last week. The event aimed to promote professional dialogue about the challenges of modern software integration and create new opportunities for collaboration.

At interactive topic booths, guests experienced an end-to-end workflow with one:cx from test planning and test execution to AI-supported test implementation and test report analysis. The focus was not only on the technology itself but also on how it interacts across departmental and process boundaries.

In his keynote address, "Rethinking software integration: Why technology alone is not enough,” our colleague Elias Charfreitag demonstrated that efficient software integration requires more than just powerful tools. Transparency, appropriate organizational structures, and a culture of collaboration are crucial prerequisites for reducing integration costs sustainably.

During the following networking session, participants exchanged experiences, discussed questions, and made new connections. This successful kickoff makes one thing clear: the Innovation Dialogue offers the ideal framework for combining technical innovations with direct user-expert exchange.
