connect 2026: Three days full of inspiration and perspectives

For three days, participants discussed, attended in workshops, shared knowledge, and explored new ideas together: With nearly 500 participants from across the entire tracetronic Group, connect 2026 was once again one of the most important events of the year. Colleagues from Dresden, Munich, Ingolstadt, Hamburg, Wolfsburg, and Stuttgart came together, as did our teams from the U.S., China, Japan, and Korea. The focus was on current developments, strategic topics, new ideas, and, above all, connecting across company and national lines.

A special highlight this year was the premiere of the Joint Integration Day. For the first time, we organized an entire day of events together with customers and partners. With the theme “Shaping integration together—across platforms, AI, and organizational boundaries,” we created a space for perspectives, discussions, and collaborative thinking.

With guests from BMW, Bosch, Daimler Truck, Garrett Motion, Hyundai, John Deere, Liebherr, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, PostFinance, Škoda, Stellantis, Toyota, Valeo, VinFast, Volkswagen, and Xiaomi, we brought together experience, practical insights, and perspectives from various industries, companies, and markets in Radebeul near Dresden.

In short: the world’s expertise in integration was all in one room.

Through presentations, discussions, and our Integration Leaders Forum, it became clear that successful integration today means far more than just tooling or interfaces. It’s about collaboration across corporate boundaries, platforms that connect rather than divide, organizations built for speed, using AI in meaningful ways.

The Joint Integration Day also featured an interactive one:cx experience area that brought integration to life and demonstrated how artifacts, processes, tools, and teams interact throughout end-to-end development and testing processes.

Even outside of the Joint Integration Day, connect remained true to what has set it apart for many years: sessions by colleagues, for colleagues. In numerous workshops and presentations, colleagues shared experiences, discussed new approaches, and brought inspiration to everyday work.

After three intensive days, one thing stands out above all: new perspectives, valuable conversations, and many ideas that will now find their way into our teams, projects, and products.

We’d like to thank all the speakers, guests, and participants who made connect 2026 something special.
