In the current issue of ATZelektronik (5/2025), we show, together with Mercedes-AMG GmbH, how a consistent SiL-First approach in the test ecosystem significantly accelerates the development of automotive software and improves the validation of modern driving functions.
In cooperation with a Mercedes-AMG expert team, our colleagues Jan and Tobias describe how software-in-the-loop testing in virtually scalable environments are used for an integrated test process - from the early validation of individual functions to complete system integration.
The central thesis: If you test early, you test more efficiently – especially when all components of the test ecosystem, a complex IT system with hundreds of participants, are optimally synchronized.
We would like to thank everyone involved for their outstanding cooperation and are proud to present this joint success.
